NIGHT AT THE DOGS ON ITS WAY

General

We can confirm our next Club Social on Thursday 11th March at Monmore Green racetrack for a night of Greyhound Reacing. Tickets priced just £4 (normally£6) can be obtained from Stephen Austin. Come and join us on what should be a fun and enjoyable evening

1st Team

Despite still not hitting top form, we continued our points accumullation and consolidated our 6th position with a 2-1 victory over Heath Town Rangers. An early second half strike from the returning Mensah Kinch and his first goal for the club for striker Mark Swann sealed victory for our 1st Team

Under 21's

Another fine victory on the back of last weeks win against league leaders On the Ball. This time our Under 21 Sunday side won away at Bilston Town by 2 goals to 1 with our goalscorers for the second match running were Scott Mears and Mat Corfield

Under 18's

At home this evening (Monday 15th Feb) at the Dell Stadium against Bustleholme KO 7.30p.m.

Under 17's

Are our Under 17 team destined to do better in the Cup than in the League? A great 2-0 victory on  Sunday saw our side progress to the 4th Round and latter stage of the League Cup. Strikes from Joe Lawley and Liam Watkins secured our progression in the Cup.

Under 15's

No game for Chairman John Langfords side this weekend

Under 14's

Our Youth Academy Under 14 side are having to compete against some top sides in their first season in the Midland Junior Football Premier League. Saturday saw a visit to Nuneaton Town and despite a very good game they went down by 4 goals to one.  Dudley Town Gold Award went to goalkeeper Christopher Yale who 'kept the score down'. Silver Award to Joel Fulwood who 'worked and never stopped' and Bronze Award to substitute 'who played well in midfield and battled well'. Keep going boys, football can be a hard game but hard work always reaps reward in the end.

Under 10's

Our youngest side dropped a vital away point on Sunday when they drew away at Forest Falcons in Stourbridge 1-1. A quiet first half from a Dudley point of view led to an early lead for the home side. Our young Robins certainly stepped up the pace in the second half and following a great move drew level from striker Harry Woodbine. Despite both sides pressing for a winner, the drew was probably a fair result
